Sub: Intimation of completion of disinvestment of Ryker Base Private Limited under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
In continuation to our letter dated 03[rd] November 2021 with respect to the disinvestment of Ryker Base Private Limited (Wholly-owned subsidiary), we hereby inform you that the Company has completed the disinvestment of 5,20,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Ryker Base Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 1,675 million, subject to adjustment of final sale price in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement. Consequent to the said disinvestment, Ryker Base Private Limited ceases to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
