Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a), Regulation 33 and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 10[th] May 2024, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the audit reports for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March 2024 and to recommend dividend, if any, to the shareholders for the financial year 2023-24.
In this regard, please refer to our earlier intimation dated 29[th] March 2024, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 01[st] April 2024 and continue to be closed upto 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. upto 12[th] May 2024.
