Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a), Regulation 33 and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18[th] July 2024, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company along with the limited review reports for the quarter ended 30[th] June 2024.
In this regard, please refer to our earlier intimation dated 28[th] June 2024, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 01[st] July 2024 and continue to remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. up to 20[th] July 2024.
