Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, please be informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 10[th] May 2024, has considered and approved the re-appointment of B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 28[th] Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 33[rd] Annual General Meeting (to be held in the calendar year 2029), subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July 2023, are given in ‘ Annexure A’ attached to this letter.
