Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a), Regulation 33 and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12[th] May 2023, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March 2023 and to recommend dividend, if any, to the shareholders for the financial year 2022-2023.
In this regard, please refer to our earlier intimation dated 31[st ] March 2023, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 01[st] April 2023 and continue to closed upto 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. upto 14[th] May 2023.
