Sub: Intimation of the Board Meeting

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a), Regulation 33 and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 19[th] January 2023, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31[st] December 2022.

In this regard, please refer to our earlier intimation dated 31[st] December 2022, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would be closed from 01[st] January 2023 and continue to remain closed upto 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. upto 21[st] January 2023.
