Pursuant to Regulation 29 other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 03[rd] March 2020, inter alia, to consider the proposal for declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2019-20.

Further, the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend if any, and the rate of interim dividend will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges upon the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.

Please note that in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the opening of business hours of the Stock Exchanges on Thursday, 27[th] February 2020 till the closing of business hours of the Stock Exchanges on Thursday, 05[th] March 2020.
