In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Honeycomb Investment Trust plc announces that Joanne Lake, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair to the Board of Made Tech Group plc with effect from 30 September 2021.

Additionally, the Company announces that Joanne Lake will be stepping down as Non-Executive Chair and Non-Executive Director of Mattioli Woods plc, effective from the conclusion of the handover period and receipt of regulatory approval of a successor, expected no later than 21 January 2022.
