Republic of Türkiye Minister of Trade letter of approval, dated April 22, 2024 and numbered E-50035491-431.02.00096069976 regarding the registered capital ceiling of 20,000,000.-TL specified in Article 6 of our Company's Articles of Association titled "Capital and Shares" will be increased to 150,000,000.-TL and the extension of the validity period to cover the years between 2024-2028, has been received. The amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted to the approval of our shareholders at the first general assembly meeting to be held.
