Shareholding Disclosure - allocation of new shares

Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, has on 08.05.2024 been allocated 6 867 421 new shares in Polight ASA NO0012535832 in connection with the final outcome of a rights issue. Considering the transaction and instructions under 5.3 in Norwegian FSA guidance on disclosure requirements in connection with rights issues, Nordnet AB (publ) through its subsidiaries Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, will own 8 527 547 shares in the company on a consolidated basis. This will correspond to 6,93% of the number of shares and votes in the company when the Rights Issue has been registered in full with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
