poLight ASA - share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 19 August 2025

regarding a decision by the Board of Directors of poLight ASA to increase the

share capital following exercise of share options. The share capital increase

has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The share capital has been increased with NOK 3,262.36 through issuance of

81,559 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.04. The new share capital is

thus NOK 8,502,768.36 divided by 212,569,209 shares, each with a par value of

NOK 0.04.
