Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by poLight ASA ("poLight"

or the "Company") on 19 June 2025 regarding the commencement of the subsequent

offering of up to 19,122,933 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company

(the "Subsequent Offering").

The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering (the "Subscription

Period") will expire today, 27 June 2025, at 16:30 hours CEST.

Correctly completed subscriptions forms must be received by the manager for

the Subsequent Offering, Pareto Securities AS, (the "Manager") before the

expiry of the Subscription Period.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the

expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without

compensation to the holder.
