poLight ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade - subscriptions by primary insiders in Rights Issue

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements from poLight ASA

("poLight" or the "Company") regarding a fully underwritten rights issue of

12,918,660 new shares ("Offer Shares") in the Company (the "Offer Shares"),

raising gross proceeds of NOK 135 million (the "Rights Issue").

The following members of the Company's executive management has today subscribed

for Offer Shares in the Rights Issue:

· Øyvind Isaksen, Chief Executive Officer, has, through his wholly-owned

company Oimacon AS, subscribed for 30,903 Offer Shares at the subscription price

of NOK 10.45 per Offer Share;

· Alf Henning Bekkevik, Chief Financial Officer, has subscribed for 5,000

Offer Shares at the subscription price of NOK 10.45 per Offer Share;

· Pierre Craen, Chief Technology Officer, has subscribed for 4,784 Offer

Shares at the subscription price of NOK 10.45 per Offer Share; and

· Marianne Sandal, Chief Operating Officer, has subscribed for 4,785 Offer

Shares at the subscription price of NOK 10.45 per Offer Share.

Additional information will be given following allocation of Offer Shares if the

allocated number of Offer Shares deviates from the figures set out above.

As referred to in, inter alia, the stock exchange notice dated 14 April 2023

regarding the start of the subscription period for the Rights Issue, the

obligations of the underwriters for the Rights Issue were subject to certain

conditions, including that Øyvind Isaksen (or his holding company Oimacon AS)

should subscribe for at least his/ its pro rata part of the shares in the Rights

Issue. Through the subscription of 30,903 Offer Shares by Oimacon AS, this

condition has now been satisfied. Thus, all conditions for the obligations of

the underwriters have now been satisfied.
