poLight ASA: Share capital increase registered
Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements from poLight ASA
("poLight" or the "Company") regarding the fully underwritten rights issue of
12,918,660 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company, raising gross
proceeds of NOK 135 million (the "Rights Issue"). Reference is further made to
the stock exchange notice published on 9 May 2023 regarding a resolution to
increase the share capital for settlement of underwriting commission through the
issuance of 1,291,858 new shares (the "Fee Shares") to the underwriters of the
Rights Issue.
The share capital increases relating to the issuance of the Offer Shares and the
Fee Shares have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 568,420.72 through
the issuance of 14,210,518 new shares.
The new share capital is NOK 2,646,528.72 divided by 66,163,218 shares, each
with a par value of NOK 0.04.
The Offer Shares and Fee Shares are expected to be delivered to investors on or
about 11 May 2023. The Offer Shares and Fee Shares will be tradeable upon
delivery.
