polight ASA: SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

Reference is made to the private placement of 727,273 new shares, as announced

on 16 April 2020 (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase relating to the Private Placement has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share

capital has been increased with NOK 145,454.60 through issuance of 727,273 new

shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20.

The new share capital is thus NOK 1,768,773.00 divided by 8,843,865 shares, each

with a par value of NOK 0.20.
