Reference is made to previous announcements by poLight ASA (the "Company")

regarding a subsequent offering of 181,818 new shares in the Company (the

"Subsequent Offering" and the "Offer Shares"), each with a par value of NOK

0.20, and each Offer Share at a subscription price of NOK 55. Reference is

furthermore made to the resolution by the general meeting of the Company on 28

May 2020 regarding the share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent

Offering.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 36 363.60

through issuance of 181 818 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20.

The new share capital is thus NOK 1 805 136.60 divided by 9 025 683 shares, each

with a par value of NOK 0.20.
