poLight ASA (the "Company") has a general share option scheme, whereby share
options in the Company are granted to all employees.
The Company has received notices of exercise of 20 689 share options, including
those share options exercised by Pierre Craen as disclosed on 23 May 2020. 9 444
of the share options hold an exercise price of NOK 50 per option, 28 of the
share options hold an exercise price of NOK 27 and 11 217 of the share options
hold an exercise price of NOK 18.90.
The Board of Directors has today resolved a share capital increase of NOK 4
137,80 through issuance of 20 689 new shares in order to satisfy the Company's
obligation to deliver shares following exercise of share options. The new shares
have been issued based on an authorization to increase the share capital granted
to the Board of Directors on 28 May 2020.
Following completion of the share issuance, the share capital of the Company
will be NOK 1 809 274.40 divided by 9 046 372 shares, each with a par value of
NOK 0.20.
