Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 26 June 2020 regarding a

decision by the Board of Directors of poLight ASA to increase the share capital

following exercise of share options.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 4 137.80

through issuance of 20 689 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20.

The new share capital is thus NOK 1 809 274.40 divided by 9 046 372 shares, each

with a par value of NOK 0.20.
