Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 1 September 2020

regarding a decision by the Board of Directors of poLight ASA to increase the

share capital following exercise of share options.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 490

through issuance of 2 450 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20.

The new share capital is thus NOK 1 809 764.40 divided by 9 048 822 shares, each

with a par value of NOK 0.20.
