poLight ASA - Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice issued on 31 October 2018

regarding the end of the stabilisation period during which ABG Sundal Collier

ASA ("ABGSC") has undertaken certain stabilisation activities in respect of the

shares in poLight ASA (the "Company"), and an exercise by ABGSC of an over

-allotment option to subscribe for 93,781 new shares at a subscription price

corresponding to the subscription price in the Company's initial public offering

(i.e. NOK 50 per new share). Reference is furthermore made to the stock exchange

notice issued on 2 November 2018 regarding a resolution by the Company's Board

of Directors to increase the Company's share capital with NOK 18,756.20 through

issuance of 93,781 new shares.

The share capital increase has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 1,623,318.40 divided by

8,116,592 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20.

The new shares will be admitting to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange as soon

as the shares are issued in the VPS, which will be completed as soon as

practically possible.
