• Due to delays in completing ESEF tagging of the annual reports for 2022, the company needs to postpone publishing of the annual report

• The updated financial calendar implies that the annual report will be published on the evening of 28th of April (after close of markets). A supplement to the prospectus dated 13 April 2023 will be published as soon as possible in the week commencing 1 May 2023.

• Neither the annual report nor the prospectus supplement is expected to contain any new material information not already publicly disclosed

• The financial statements that will be published are consistent with the preliminary report disclosed on 12 February 2023.
