poLight ASA - Board approval of the 2020 Annual Report

Horten, 22 April 2021 - poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) today the Board of Directors

approved the 2020 Annual Report. The financial statements are consistent with

the preliminary report disclosed on 19 February 2021. The board does not propose

a dividend. An electronic version of the 2020 Annual Report will be made

available within 27 April 2021.
