poLight ASA - Amendments to share option plan - extended last date of exercise of share options to primary insiders

Horten, 25 September poLight ASA (OSE: PLT). With reference to the board

resolution to extend the term of previously granted share option, announced 16

August 2023. The 1.6 million share options that expire in October 2023 are

extended with 9 months for all employed share option holders. Additional 6

months extension applies for the share options held by CTO, COO and CFO and

additional 18 months extension applies for the share options held by CEO. The

amendment to the share option agreements with the primary insiders was signed

today.
