On March 5, 2025, Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, a subsidiary of Nordnet AB (publ), received 150,971 previously lent shares in Polight ASA NO0012535832. After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, held a total of 7,282,479 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 5.62 % of the outstanding shares and votes in the company.

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:

Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0,553%

Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 5,066%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
