After the transaction, Nordnet AB (publ) through its subsidiaries Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, owns 3 365 058 shares in the company on a consolidated basis. This corresponds to 5.08 % of the number of outstanding shares and votes in the company. Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
