Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by poLight ASA the

"Company") on 28 April 2023 regarding the results of the fully underwritten

rights issue of 12,918,660 shares (the "Rights Issue").

In connection with the Rights Issue, the Company will also issue a total of

1,291,858 new shares to the underwriters in the Rights Issue to settle the

underwriters' claim for underwriting commission. Consequently, the Company will

have 14,210,518 shares issued and outstanding following completion of the Rights

Issue.

After the issuance of the new shares in connection with the Rights Issue, the

shareholding of Stiftelsen Industrifonden will remain unchanged at 5,244,125

shares, corresponding to 7.93% of the shares and votes in the Company. The

shareholding of Stiftelsen Industrifonden will consequently be reduced to less

than 10% of the shares and votes in the Company.
