Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 16 June 2020

regarding the final results of a subsequent offering of 181,818 shares (the

"Subsequent Offering") in poLight ASA ("poLight").

Following the registration of the share capital increase relating to the

Subsequent Offering on 25 June 2020, the shareholding of Investinor AS

("Investinor") has been reduced, due to dilution, to less than 20% of the

currently outstanding shares and votes in poLight and Investinor now holds

19.72% of the currently outstanding shares and votes in poLight. The

shareholding of Investinor remains unchanged at 1,779,858 shares in poLight.
