poLight ASA: Notifiable transaction in relation to Private Placement

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from poLight ASA (the "Company")

regarding completion of a private placement raising gross proceeds of

approximately NOK 125 million (the "Private Placement").

In connection with the Private Placement, the following close associate of a

primary insiders has carried out a notifiable transaction as set out below:

· Investinor Direkte AS, a close associate of Ann-Tove Kongsnes, Chair of the

Board of Directors, have agreed to lend out 1,136,363 shares in the Company to

Pareto Securities AS, in order to arrange for settlement of the offer shares to

be delivered in the Private Placement.
