poLight ASA - resolution to increase the share capital

poLight ASA (the "Company") has a general share option scheme, whereby share

options in the Company are granted to all employees. The Company has received

notices of exercise of 48,330 share options. 10,000 of the share options hold an

exercise price of NOK 10 per option, NOK 6.75 for 5,000 shares options, NOK 5.40

for 16,665 shares options and NOK 3.78 for 16,665 of the share options. The

Board of Directors has today resolved a share capital increase of NOK 1,933.20

through issuance of 48,330 new shares in order to satisfy the Company's

obligation to deliver shares following exercise of share options. The new shares

have been issued based on an authorization to increase the share capital granted

to the Board of Directors on 24 May 2023.
