CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COMPLIANCE

During the financial year the Company has complied with recommendations given under the Corporate Governance Principles set by the ASX Corporate Governance Council and the corresponding Best Practice Recommendations, other than in relation to the matters specified below:

It does not discriminate based on gender, age, ethnicity or cultural background. Given the Company’s size and stage of development, it does not believe that a formal diversity policy will provide any measurable benefit to the Company that is not already provided by its existing practices in this area. However, as the Company’s operations develop, it will consider the adoption of a formal diversity policy and the setting of measurable objectives for achieving gender diversity.
