REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, PolarX Limited (ASX:PXX) ( the Company ) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company provides the following information in relation to this request:

• a trading halt in the Company’s securities was granted on 4 February 2021 for the purpose of considering, planning and executing a capital raising;

• the Company is not in a position to make an announcement at this time;

• the Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until the earlier of release of the announcement or the commencement of trading on 10 February 2021; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted by the ASX.
