Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Coventry Resources Limited (ASX:CYY) ( the Company ) requests an immediate trading halt on its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising ( Financing ).
The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 12 July 2017 or when an announcement is made by the Company regarding the Financing.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX.
