Request for Voluntary Suspension
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Coventry Resources Inc. (ASX:CYY) ( the Company ) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising ( Financing ).
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 19 August 2015 or when an announcement is made by the Company regarding the Financing.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted by the ASX.
