Appointment of Auditor
Coventry Resources Limited (“the Company”) (ASX:CYY) advises that Stantons International Audit and Consulting Pty Ltd (“Stantons”) has been appointed as auditor for the Company. In accordance with the Corporations Act, a resolution will be placed at the next Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of Stantons as the Company’s auditor.
