As at 30 November 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,936,547 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,769,655 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,938,650 Ordinary Shares and 24,767,552 Subscription Shares.
