The Company was notified on 8 April 2025 that Ms Robbins, a Non-executive Director, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregated price of 363.3p per share and then subsequently purchased 9,985 ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 363.7p per share. The purpose of the sale and purchase was to effect a transfer of these shares from her personal trading account into her personal ISA account.
