Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs) in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)
In line with the Annual Bonus and Deferred Remuneration Plan (DRP) of the Company, the Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company listed below, have deferred their after-tax short-term bonus payment in the ordinary shares of the Company. These shares are subject to bad leaver forfeiture conditions and one third of these shares will be released from the conditions and made available to the recipient PDMRs after 31 March 2025, 31 March 2026 and 31 March 2027.
