Vesting of 2022 Executive Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

16 July 2025 was the third anniversary of grant, and the vesting date of the 2022 Executive LTIP awards granted to Gavin Rochussen, Samir Ayub, Iain Evans, Alexander Black and Nicholas Farren. Details of the original grant on 16 July 2022 are contained in RNS No. 3288T.

The terms of the LTIP award provided for vesting in full on the third anniversary of grant, with the award being subject to a two-year holding period. 

The LTIP awards vested at 28.5%, with full details available in the 2025 Annual Report.
