The Company has been notified of an in-specie transfer of one million shares held beneficially by Mr Rochussen; the shares, previously held in the name of Amigona Holdings Inc, have been transferred to The Gani (IOM) Trust.  

Following the completion of the transfer, Mr Rochussen's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,895,880 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.87% of the Company's issued share capital; this holding includes deferred interests and LTIPs yet to be released.
