On 16 October 2019, the Company bought back 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 207 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares bought back will be placed in Treasury.
As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary Shares in issue, shares held in Treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
