First Interim Dividend

The Board has declared a first interim dividend of 1.00p per ordinary share payable to Shareholders on the register as at 6 August 2021. 

The dividend will be paid on 31 August 2021 and the shares will trade ex-dividend from 5 August 2021.

As highlighted in the first interim dividend announcement of financial year 2020, the Company has a growth focus. The Board continues to believe that it is important not to constrain the Portfolio Managers in their stock selection within the Healthcare Sector and in seeking growth opportunities, noting this may include the selection of many holdings which are not income paying stocks. 

The Company continues to pay dividends in line with the dividend policy as approved at the AGM in January 2021 of paying two interim dividends per financial year in August and February.
