The Company was notified on 29 March 2023 that Ms Lisa Arnold, Non-executive Chair of the Company, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregated price of 316.22p per share and then subsequently repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 318.26 per share. The purpose of the sale and purchase was to effect a transfer of these shares into her personal ISA account. Following this transaction, Ms Arnold's interest in the Company remains unchanged at a total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
