Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc (the 'Company') confirms that:

As at the close of business on 31 October 2019, the Company had 124,149,256 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in issue.

Of these, 2,879,256 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

Each Ordinary Share in issue carries one vote while Ordinary Shares held in Treasury have no voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 121,270,000.

The above figure of 121,270,000 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
