In compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors on their meeting held today i.e., 21st June, 2021, has re-appointed Mr. Gautam Chand Jain as Chairman and Manging Director of the Company for further period of 5 (Five) years with effect from 1st July, 2021, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting.

Further, in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/ 14/2018-19 issued by BSE Limited, as per the declaration received from Mr. Gautam Chand Jain, we hereby confirm that Mr. Gautam Chand Jain has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.

Brief Profile	Mr. Gautam Chand Jain, the visionary and the
	Chief Promoter of Pokarna Group was born on
	15th August, 1955. He initially started off with the
	family business of retailing and wholesaling of
	Raymond Fabrics in 1979-80 and within a very
	short span of time, he earned the distinction of
	being Raymond's top distributor in India.
	It was in the year 1991, that Mr. Gautam Chand
	Jain envisioned and ventured into the business of
	and started off with granitenatural stones
	business. With the production of very high
	qualitygraniteproductsandaggressive
	marketing strategiesm place, the company
	surged ahead and became one of the favourites

	domestic and international markets. 	The idea of entering into the businessofengineered stone was conceived by GautamChand Jain in the year 2006 and the same wasrealized with the setting up and operationalizinga green field project in Andhra Pradesh, India,which is first of its kind in India. This uniquestate-of-the-art quartz manufacturing facilitydeploys imported patented technology, namely,BRESTONE® SYSTEM exclusively sourcedfrom Breton s.p.a, Italy and the quartz productsare being commercially distributed under theregistered Trade Mark of QUANTRA® NaturalQuartzSurface,bothmdomesticandinternational markets.
