Re: Notice pursuant to Article 464 of the Capital Market Law - acquisition of Podravka Inc. shares

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of PODRAVKA Inc. Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company has acquired 322,524 new ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc., of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:

• for AZ Obligatory Pension Fund Category A 5,694 shares and
• for AZ Obligatory Pension Fund Category B 316,830 shares.

Shares have been acquired at price of HRK 300.00 per share, on 24th July 2015 - pursuant to the Ruling by the Commercial Court in Varaždin on entry of the resolution on share capital increase and amendments to the Company Articles of Association for PODRAVKA Inc. (no: Tt-15/2691-2) passed 24th July 2015.
