Re: Central Clearing Depository Agency d.d. registered the reduction of PODRAVKA d.d. company share capital – notice

Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law, Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and based on the Article 88, and regarding Article 90, item 2 of the Rules of the Central Clearing Depository Agency (hereinafter: CCDA) and Ruling no. Tt-13/2045-2, passed by the Commercial Court in Varaždin on the 5 July 2013, which was implemented at the Court Register on the same day, we hereby inform that on 11th July 2013 CCDA registered within its information system the reduction of company share capital for the Company PODRAVKA Inc., OIB: 18928523252 (hereinafter: Company).

After this reduction was registered, Company share capital is HRK 1,084,000,600.00 and has been divided to 5,420,003 regular shares labeled PODR-R-A of an individual nominal amount of HRK 200.00.
