Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform you that, compliant to previous announcement, the session of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. was held on 25th July 2012, where unaudited consolidated financial statements of Podravka Group for period from January 1st till June 30th 2012 were considered.

The Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. approved the stated financial statements.

The financial statements of PODRAVKA Group will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA , HINA and company web site.
