Re: Notice in accordance with the Article 428 and Article 441 of the Capital Market Law - Notice on changes in voting rights percentage

Pursuant to the Article 428 and 441 of the Capital Market Law, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, (The Company) hereby informs that Allianz SE sent to the Company as the issuer the Notice of changes in the percentage of voting rights for Allianz ZB d.o.o. društvo za upravljenje obveznim mirovinskim fondom.

Based on the mentioned Notice, Allianz SE has in total exceeded the threshold of 15 % voting rights share in the issuer of shares PODRAVKA Inc. on 27th August 2015.

After the acquisition of shares of the issuer PODRAVKA Inc., Allianz ZB d.o.o. za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondom has 894,163 shares of PODRAVKA Inc., Allianz Invest d.o.o. za upravljanje investicijskim fondovima has 5,423 shares of PODRAVKA Inc., Allianz ZB d.o.o. za upravljanje dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima has 148,419 shares of PODRAVKA Inc., and Allianz Zagreb d.d. za osiguranje has 21,724 shares of PODRAVKA Inc.

After the acquisition of shares the total share of mentioned funds in PODRAVKA Inc. amount 1,069,729 shares or 15.02 %.
