Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of Erste d.o.o. mandatory and voluntary pension funds management company, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Erste d.o.o. mandatory and voluntary pension funds management company by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange has acquired ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:

• on 1st June 2015:
• o for Erste Plavi Expert Voluntary Pension Fund has acquired 544 shares at average price of HRK 309.666728,
• on 2nd June 2015:
• o for Erste Plavi Expert Voluntary Pension Fund has acquired 772 shares at average price of HRK 312.739909.
