Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that during public auctions for selling the shares MRNA-R-A in extrajudicial settlement, held on 25th August 2014 via trading system of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Inc., as ordered by the INTERKAPITAL VRIJEDNOSNI PAPIRI d.o.o. and HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE Inc., Podravka Inc. acquired 198,209 shares of the company Mirna d.d. from Rovinj, Giordano Paliaga 8, which is 53.855% of totally issued shares by the stated Company.
